We can cater for both small private parties and large weddings or corporate events. A minimum order may apply depending on your location and delivery requirements – we’ll confirm this at the quoting stage.

Yes. We offer event hire delivery and collection across South Wales and neighbouring areas. Charges vary based on distance, access and order size. You can also arrange collection from us directly if preferred.

Our standard hire is for 1–3 days, but we can arrange longer hire for multi-day events or extended needs. Just let us know your schedule.

We ask that items are returned rinsed and free of food or drink residues. We take care of the professional cleaning. If items are returned dirty, a cleaning fee may apply.

We understand accidents happen. Any lost or damaged hire items will be charged at the replacement cost listed in your hire agreement.

Yes. We stock both 18/0 cutlery (practical and affordable) and 18/10 premium cutlery (luxury finish for weddings and fine dining). Our glassware hire includes everyday options for casual events and premium styles for elegant occasions.

Definitely. Our team can assist with setting up modular bars, arranging glassware, and installing catering equipment to ensure your venue is ready to go.

Yes – as well as hire equipment, we can provide professional bartenders, cocktail mixologists and event staff to help your event run smoothly.

We’re based in South Wales but regularly provide event hire in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, the Valleys and surrounding regions. We can also travel further afield on request.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to delivery or collection.
